Legion Command Squads are selected from the most worthy and trusted veterans of the Legiones Astartes. These chosen warriors have access to their Legion’s finest wargear – such as fine, artificer-wrought suits of MKIII ‘Iron’ armour, renowned for its bulky but durable design – and accompany their commanders to war as bodyguards and adjutants, carrying one of their Legion’s great standards as a rallying point on the battlefield for Space Marine troops. This multipart plastic kit builds a Legion Command Squad of five Chosen warriors. Each model is clad in MKIII artificer armour, with a variety of ornate crested helmets and impressive pauldrons befitting their status. One can also be built as a Standard Bearer, with a choice of two different Legion standards for your troops to rally around, and four icons to top them – two Loyalist, and two Traitor. The kit includes enough power swords and combat shields to equip each model, which can be built with a variety of arm poses. You’ll also find boltguns, a power fist which can be built as a lightning claw, a plasma pistol, a bolt pistol, a set of nuncio-vox comms equipment, and accessories such as grenades or holstered pistols. This set comprises 172 plastic components, and is supplied with 5 x Citadel 32 mm Round Bases and 1 x Legion Command Transfer Sheet. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly – we recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
